The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Program Supervisor Skills Subset: Experience with advanced technology, zero- and near-zero emission on- and off-road vehicles and stationary equipment Knowledge of: Knowledge of relevant federal and State laws and South Coast AQMD environmental rules and regulations pertaining to mobile sources. Skills and Albitites: Experience in RDD&D projects that utilize batteries and/or fuel cells, including battery recycling, microgrids and energy management systems.
