AAAR Student Travel Grant Application

A limited number of $500 student travel grants are available.

• Applications must be received by June 1, 2006.
• Applicants must volunteer as student assistants.
• Decisions will be made by June 30, 2006.
• Please do not register for the conference until you are notified of the decision
• You will still be able to register at the Early Bird rate.

Applicants must be an author or co-author on an accepted abstract to be eligible. Awardees are required to act as student assistants to help in the conduct of the conference. Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of the conference. Preference is given to Ph.D. students. Preference is also given to students who must travel the furthest and those planning to attend the conference for multiple days.

GAeF Travel Grants Available

10 Student travel supports for the IAC 2006 in St. Paul, USA (given to GAeF students members only).

Students who would like to obtain a support to participate at the conference should send an application together with the accepted extended abstract to Dr. Gunthard Metzig no later than May 31.

ISAM Travel Grants Available

ISAM is offering two USD600 travel awards to ISAM member students and young investigators to attend the IAC 2006.

Eligible students are those in undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate programs. Young investigators are those under 40 years of age. To apply for the awards, please send an application letter along with the accepted extended abstract to the ISAM Office (office@isam.org) no later than May 31.
