AAAR 32nd Annual Conference

Note: STUDENTS REGISTERING ON-SITE
Students MUST PROVIDE an official letter from the university indicating full-time enrollment during the fall semester AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ON-SITE.  The fall semester start and end dates MUST be stated in the letter.  A copy of student ID will NOT be accepted.)

AAAR is happy to announce that there will be no increase in the 2013 Annual Conference registration fees. Instead, the Regular registration fees will be reduced by $10 in addition to a $30 discount on the 2014 dues for Full members. This is a total of $40 in savings.

Regular

*The Regular registration fees include 2014 membership dues and online subscription to AS&T only.

Retiree

*The Retiree registration category is for those that have already been approved as Retired members, and the fees include 2014 membership dues and online subscription to AS&T only.

NOTE:  To register at the retiree rate, the Executive Committee must approve your retiree status.  Pease contact Deanna Bright at info@aaar.org for more information.  

Student

**Student registration fees include 2014 membership dues and online subscription to AS&T only. (Students MUST submit an official letter from the university indicating full-time enrollment during the fall semester.  The fall semester start and end dates MUST be stated in the letter.  A copy of student ID will NOT be accepted.)  Please submit your letters to Caroline Olson, AAAR Meeting Coordinator, colson@aaar.org.

Please note that if a PRINTED journal subscription is required, the above fees will increase by $40 for those registered as full members and $80 for those registered as students and retired.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by August 30, 2013. There will be a $75.00 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference. Refund requests received after August 30, 2013 will not be honored. Registrations and tutorials are non-transferable.
