AS&T Welcomes New Editor
The American Association for Aerosol Research welcomes the new Editor-in-Chief of Aerosol Science and Technology, Dr. Warren Finlay. Dr. Finlay has been a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta since 1987, and he is the founding Director of the Aerosol Research Laboratory of Alberta (ARLA). He has served Aerosol Science and Technology as an Editor for eight years, and as an Editorial Advisory Board member for three years. Among his many distinctions, Dr. Finlay is a recipient of the Thomas T. Mercer prize, awarded jointly by the American Association for Aerosol Research and the International Society for Aerosols in Medicine, and he is a fellow of the American Association of Aerosol Research. Dr. Finlay is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and of the Engineering Institute of Canada.
In addition to a new Editor-in-Chief, four new Editors will be joining the journal: Yannis Drossinos (JRC, Italy), Jingkun Jiang (Tsinghua U., China), Kihong Park (GIST, Korea), and Jing Wang (ETH, Zurich). They will work alongside current Editors: Thomas Kirchstetter (UC Berkeley), Matti Maricq (Ford, USA), Spyros Pandis (Carnegie Mellon U.), Tiina Reponen (U. Cincinnati), Nicole Riemer (U. Illinois Urbana-Champaign), Mark Swihart (SUNY, Buffalo), Jian Wang (Brookhaven Nat. Lab.), and Paul Ziemann (U. Colorado, Boulder).
