Two Model Problems for Testing Aerosol Dynamics Algorithms for Stagnation-Flow Reactors

Two simple model problems are presented that can be very useful for assessing the accuracy of numerical algorithms designed to solve for aerosol dynamics in stagnation-flow reactors via the moment transport method. These model problems have been simplified to the point that analytical solutions useful for algorithm testing are possible, although complete aerosol solutions are not obtained here. Model problem solutions are presented over a range of applicable parameters.
